Laughing Is Important !!
My day start with tidying-up. At eight o’clock, I arrive at my laboratory. I put my luggage and wear a lab coat. At first, I check the drying machine. Because there are a lot of equipment that everyone in laboratory wash or that are autoclave the day before. If I didn’t clean up, these remain in the drying machine. The are obstacle when I put the new one in the machine. So I do this at first. Then I make 1x PBS and pack chips. It takes an hour or more to do for me. So I free at 9:30. And everyone come around time. From this time, I do my experiment. About 1:30 I eat lunch. I can’t take it easy. I finish to eat about for ten minutes every day. And I do my experiment again. At 8:00, I almost finished. When physical strength remains, I write a lab note and I organize the data. At 9:00, I go home. I eat dinner and take a bath, go to bed. Every day I sleep for 7 hours. These are my everyday schedule. Not only from Monday to Friday, but also Saturday and Sunday I act in the same way.
About two years I have continued this live. But I feel a little tired. Why I have to clean up the equipment I don’t use? Why I have to make 1x PBS every time although every one use it? Even though I have a busy day….. It is difficult for me to take time off twice every 3 months. I have to do my experiment and I want to do more experiment. I have to get data and I want to continue getting a lot of great data. I have to help someone who are busy and I want to help a lot of people because helping is good for me. I have to study and I want to study. There is no way I can’t do all these things in one day. I want a little rest. I feel a little tired.
By the way, I love my family. My dad makes me laugh. My mother always support me. My older sister advise me, and my little sister becomes a talker. Don’t forget my darling. I don’t get married yet, but someday I want to get married with him. I enjoy with him. These are my family. The other day, we held my older sister’s birthday party. We ate casserole and birthday cake. We had a lot of fun. I laughed many times. We talked a lot. I like my family more.
After the party, I feel “ Let’s do my best from tomorrow!” There are many difficult times. But I believe that this time is necessary to be a researcher who active in the world. I absorb a lot of thing including experimental technology, and I want to go abroad as a postdoctoral researcher. Now I am interested in Canada! In my image, the country rich in nature and the people cherish their family and they fast at work. I want to do my work and I want my baby. I want to cherish and want to go various places. To take my dreams come true, I do my best now.
